About Me

I am a registered UKCP (United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy) Integrative Psychotherapist and a member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy). I completed my Masters in Integrative Psychotherapy in 2005 at Sherwood Psychotherapy Training Institute in Nottingham.

I adhere to the Code of Ethics of the UKCP and BACP and attend regular supervision, where my cases are reviewed by a supervisor to ensure that work is carried out to the highest standard – no names and identities are revealed.  I have also attended regular personal therapy.

I use my many years of experience in the business sector in the UK and Abroad and my varied counselling experience in the EAP (Employment Assistance Programme) sector as a Case manager,  Higher education sector,  Doctor’s surgeries and various other charities to help you.

I specialise in a selection of modern life situations as well as being able to offer a broad range of therapeutic interventions, for example: Transactional Analysis and Brief Solution Focussed Therapy.

Help with stress, anxiety, depression, panic attacks, relationship problems and many other conditions.
